Sophie Labaree, LMSW
I am committed to building the type of trusting relationship that is needed to allow for therapeutic work to deepen over time. With curiosity and care, we will work together to learn more about who you are and what matters to you, enabling your movement toward a future that feels intentional and free. My work has taught me about the power of therapeutic relationships and our astounding capacity to heal once a felt sense of safety and our trust in others is recovered. I specialize in complex trauma through a range of therapeutic interventions, but with specific focus on experiential methods such as EMDR and parts work. I am honored to have experience working with underserved populations, such as refugees, Queer and Trans people, immigrants, survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I also specialize in work with adolescents, adoptees, and queer families.
