Seema Goel, LMSW

Reaching out for support is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself and truly the first step toward transformation. Through our work, we will uncover the resilience within, enabling you to move past your symptoms toward a more meaningful and connected life.  Our approach will be holistic, modulating your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, behaviors and relationships.  We will draw upon a wide range of interventions, as I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and pair this with experiential approaches like EMDR and somatic work. Our relationship will be fully collaborative and responsive to your evolving needs.
